Fine Art Reproductions
Editions are one of 250, and include the edition number, the signature of the artist, and a signed Certificate of Authenticity which guarantees that this is an authentic and strictly limited edition print of the artist’s original piece.
Art Prints on Paper: A limited number of Art Prints on paper are kept in-stock, and the edition expires at 250 prints. If your print is in-stock, it will ship in 3-4 business days. If prints are not in-stock, please allow up to 14 business days of printing and packing time before artwork is shipped out. Art Prints are reproduced on Lexjet Velvet Rag Fine Art Paper (315 gsm) a 100% cotton, acid-free, heavy stock rag paper, and are shipped unframed. Lexjet Velvet Rag Fine Art Paper meets and exceeds any museum standard for fine art digital paper. All art prints are printed with Canon Lucia inks. The artist has personally color proofed all prints runs for color accuracy.
Canvas Reproductions: All Canvas Reproductions are print-to-order. Please allow for 21 days for the custom stretcher to be built, the reproduction to be printed, stretched, varnished, signed, packed, and shipped. Canvas reproductions are printed on Lexjet Reserve Bright Matte Canvas (400 gsm), a poly/cotton blend, acid-free, heavy stock canvas, and are gallery wrapped so no framing is necessary. Lexjet Reserve Bright Matte Canvas meets and exceeds any museum standard for fine art digital canvas. All reproductions are printed with Canon Lucia inks. The artist has personally color proofed all prints runs for color accuracy.
Framing and Print Care: Art Prints are shipped ready for framing and do not need to be removed from the hinged cardboard packaging. Do not store your print in the cardboard packing for an extended period, as there is naturally acid in cardboard materials that could damage the print over time. To care for your print or canvas reproduction, avoid moisture and never display in direct sunlight or without proper framing. UV conservation or museum-grade glass is recommended.
Looking for an artwork?
Please reach out at info@vandiggelensloan.com if you are interested in a print of an artwork you do not see in the Print Shop, and we will work with our printmaker to make it happen if possible.
Shipping and Shop Policy
Prints in-stock will ship UPS Ground in 3-4 business days. Please see above for on-demand printing lead times. If you need a print more urgently, please first reach out at info@vandiggelensloan.com instead of placing your order and we will see what we can do for you.
Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday-Friday). We are not responsible for refunding the cost of shipping due to postal service delays.
All prints are insured, so if you prints arrives damaged, please reach out at info@vandiggelensloan.com so we can file a claim with the carrier. Please provide photos of the damaged print. The damaged print must be destroyed with photographs demonstrating proof of destruction.

Address Changes
If you provided us with an incorrect or incomplete address upon checkout, please notify us as soon as possible at info@vandiggelensloan.com This includes out-of-date addresses on PayPal accounts. If you fail to notify us of an address change prior to the shipment of your order, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs. Once the original package is returned to us and the additional shipping costs have been received, we will reship your order.
